Michael C. Hennenberg, Of Counsel, Dinn, Hochman & Potter, LLC, is an Ohio criminal defense attorney, NBTA certified Criminal Trial Advocate and ABCL Fellow. His practice includes White Collar criminal trial and appellate representation in State and Federal courts, regulatory investigation defense, criminal tax, civil fraud, attorney discipline and licensing board representation. He is a life member in the U.S. Sixth Circuit and Ohio Eighth District Judicial Conferences. Michael is a frequent guest lecturer, published author, and Past President, Cuyahoga Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in all Ohio Courts, Ohio U.S. District Court Northern and Southern Districts, The U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and The U.S. Supreme Court.
